Our Fitness Calendar is great for tracking your exercise and dietary goals at a glance. We put space for your gain and losses, body fat percentage, and a few blank spaces for whatever fits your needs best. Starting and ending body measurements are right at the forefront of the calendar. We know seeing your progress is what inspires and keeps you going. On the backside, you have a cool graph to get a visual of your weight loss.
The goals space can be used for weight loss, general health, or what you are striving for in those 31 days. This month I am hoping to be able to fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans. Goals, track ’em! Thoughts on how the month went. Was it hard giving up sugar? How did you overcome a plateau? Like lifting better than cardio? Jot it down for your future self to keep you motivated. There is always room for a reward, right?!? Maybe a new skirt or nail polish…anything to make this journey a little easier.
- Quantity: 12 double-sided sheets.
- Pick your binding holes after you choose a size. Punch choice will be dependent on page dimensions.
- Please note: if choosing the Spiral Punch option, you will need to slit the holes yourself before adding them to your coiled planner if you already have your spiral. We will bind it with your CityGirl Spiral if purchasing at the same time. It also does NOT include the coil or any binding service.
- 6-Hole Punch is for standard 6-ring configurations for planners such as Filofax, Louis Vuitton. The Pocket size will have no gap between the sets of three holes like the A6, Personal, and A5 have.
