We provide several shipping options for your convenience. The chart below shows our shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times. Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, it takes our team about 5 -7 business days to handmake your items (times may be extended without notice due to high volume times such as collab sales and Black Friday/holiday shopping season). Please keep in mind that the shipping times below are after your items have been produced by us and are ready to ship.

We always use the address you provide us via My Account on CityGirlPlanners.com. If our shipping service cannot confirm your address, there may be delays in transit times. If you check out using PayPal as a form of payment, please note that our system does not pull and update the address to the one in your PayPal account. Your address must be correct in your CityGirl account for proper shipment delivery.
All orders come with tracking that updates within 24-48 hours of drop-off. The Estimated Delivery date on your order is just an estimate, not a guaranteed date. For any questions or concerns regarding tracking, please get in touch with your local Post Office first. They will be able to further assist you with information regarding the state of your package quicker than we can. CityGirl Planners is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages, although we will help you work with the Post Office to resolve your issue. We are not able to combine shipping on multiple orders at this time.
As of October 7, 2021, if you order a complete/custom spiral, it may ship through UPS instead of the postal service. We are trying their service due to increasing costs and slowdowns of the United States Postal Service. Please bear with us as we work through and try to keep shipping costs down for our customers.
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $75+
Free shipping is valid for qualifying orders of $75 or more before taxes and after any discounts. Qualifying orders (within the US only) that ship free will be sent either economy or priority, depending on the weight at packing. We will not know ahead of time until the order is ready to ship. This promotion is not applicable towards international orders, previous purchases, combined orders, gift cards, or pick-up orders. Terms of this offer are subject to change at any time without notification and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Here is a breakdown of the international countries we ship to and the estimated duration until delivery. Please be aware that we do not collect customs fees or import taxes. Your package may be subject to additional fees imposed by the destination country. Priority mail upgrades are available at checkout for our overseas customers. Only First Class International pricing is shown below. Please note we may open up shipping to EU countries and the United Kingdom in the future. We need first to understand the new customs rules that were passed in July 2021 before continuing.

As a venue, CityGirl Planners cannot provide specific tax advice. So it is collected from the buyer when an item is received at your post office and then remitted to your local tax authorities. To the best of our knowledge, we work in compliance with the import laws and regulations of the countries we are shipping to. This includes accurately representing the contents of your package. For example, we must ensure that a sold item is not marked “gift” on a customs declaration form. First Class Mail International does not offer door-to-door tracking and usually does not update once a package departs the United States. Some countries will update the tracking after the customs clearance event, but this is not guaranteed.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Your tracking number will be sent via email once we purchase the label. You can click the link in the email to be taken to the delivery service to see the status at any time. It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking to update. Please be patient with the tracking, as it can be slow to update online. If you are notified of your shipment after 5 pm EST during the week, your order may not ship until the next business day. Also, we ship seven days a week. So, if you receive a notice after 12 pm EST on Saturday or any time on Sunday, your order will be dropped off early Monday morning.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
As soon as you notice your address is incorrect, email us immediately to give us the address where you need your items shipped. As orders go into processing within an hour of purchase, we have a small window to make the change. We cannot change your address once the shipping label has been purchased and/or printed.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Our website doesn’t provide step-by-step order processes, unfortunately. You can always email us and we will let you know what stage your order is in. You can also look over the chart above for processing and shipping times. These are only estimated times when your package will ship from our warehouse and when the delivery company will deliver. Bear in mind we can only control the production aspect of your order. The delivery company handles the delivery times. We can do nothing to make them move faster, even if you pay for priority shipping.
